Lil Durk’s ‘7220’ Returns to No. 1 on Billboard’s 200 Albums Chart – Billboard

Lil Durk’s 7220 returns to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart for a second non-consecutive week, as the set jumps from 2-1 on the list dated April 23 with just over 47,000 equivalent album units earned in the States States in the week ending April 14 (down 8%), according to Luminate, formerly MRC Data. The album bowed to the top of the March 26 chart and spent the next three weeks at number two.

In addition, four other albums made their top 10 debut: Jack White’s fear of dawn42 Dugg and IS Gee’s The last leftForeign Fivio BIBLE and Camila Cabello Family.

The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week in the United States based on multimetric consumption measured in equivalent album units, compiled by Luminate. Units include album sales, track equivalent albums (TEA), and streaming equivalent albums (SEA). Each unit equals 1 album sale, or 10 individual tracks sold from an album, or 3,750 official ad-supported audio and video streams or 1,250 paid/on-demand subscription generated songs from a album. Of 7220of the 47,000 equivalent album units earned, SEA units include 46,000 (down 9%; equating to 68.56 million official on-demand streams of the set’s songs), sales of albums comprise just under 1,000 and TEA units represent a negligible sum.

7220 has the lowest unit sum for a No. 1 album in more than three years, since A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie SZN Hoodie collected around 46,500 units at the top of the list dated February 16, 2019.

Morgan Wallen’s former number 1 Dangerous: the double album climbs 4-2 on the new Billboard 200 with approximately 46,500 units (up 4%), while the top of the charts Encanto the soundtrack is stable at No. 3 with 45,000 units (down 9%).

Jack White’s fear of dawn is the top debut of the week on the Billboard 200, coming in at No. 4 with 42,000 equivalent album units earned. Of this sum, album sales include 39,000 (making it the best-selling album of the week); SEA units include 3,000 (equivalent to 4.15 million official on-demand streams of the ensemble’s songs); and the TEA units represent a negligible sum. fear of dawn is White’s fifth top 10 effort as a soloist, and he has also claimed top 10 finishes as a member of The Raconteurs, The Dead Weather and The White Stripes (three each).

More than half of fear of dawnFirst-week units were driven by vinyl album sales (24,000 sold) – not surprising given White’s popularity with the format and his continued advocacy of vinyl. (White also owns the Detroit-based Third Man Pressing plant.)

Olivia Rodrigo’s awards Sour is a non-move at No. 5 with 39,000 equivalent album units (down 2%) while former Drake frontman Certified Lover jumps from 8 to 6 with 30,500 units (down 1%).

42 Dugg and EST Gee Collaborative Ensemble The last left debuted at No. 7 on the Billboard 200 with 30,000 equivalent album units earned. This is the second top 10 for both acts. Of the album units earned, SEA units include 26,500 units (or 36.84 million official on-demand streams of the songs in the set), album sales include 3,500, and TEA units include a negligible amount.

Doja Cat’s planet she goes from 10 to 8 on the Billboard 200 with 29,500 equivalent album units earned (down 3%).

Fivio Foreign’s first studio album BIBLE bowed to No. 9 on the Billboard 200 with 29,000 equivalent album units earned. This is her first top 10 and second chart effort, following the 800 BC mixtape, which spent a week on the chart at No. 159 in 2020. Of the 29,000 earned units from the new set, SEA units include 27,500 units (or 37.75 million official on-demand streams of songs from the together), album sales include 1,000 and TEA units include 500.

Rounding out the new Billboard 200 top 10, Camila Cabello’s third studio effort Family, which debuted at No. 10 with 27,500 equivalent album units earned. All three of his solo studio projects debuted in the top 10. Of the album’s starting sum, SEA units include 14,500 (equivalent to 20.26 million official on-demand streams of the ensemble’s songs) , album sales include 11,500, and TEA units include nearly 1,500.
